Ayurvedic therapeutic efficacy epends on individual constitutional factors (Vata, Pitta, Kapha Prakriti), diet, lifestyle, and chronological adherence. Customers are strongly advised to consult a registered Ayurvedic Vaidya or certified medical practitioner prior to starting any herbal regimen, particularly pregnant/lactating women or
individuals with chronic illnesses.

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • We endeavor to display product images, herbs, and ingredients accurately. However, natural herbal extracts may exhibit slight seasonal variations in aroma, color, or texture without altering therapeutic potency.
  • In the event of a typographical pricing error, Ayurvedawala eserves the right to cancel or refuse unfulfilled orders and issue a full refund.


1.4 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, formulation names (e.g., Hevita, Livotem, Memorise, Rejurise, Uritem, Asthatem, Brushbite, Calsifast,
Colotem, Gasitem), product graphics, packaging design, and website code are the exclusive intellectual property of Ayurvedawala and protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.


1.5 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Ayurvedawala, its directors, employees, or associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of products or reliance on website information. The total ggregate liability of Ayurvedawala shall not exceed the invoice value paid for the specific order.


1.6 Governing Law and Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or arbitration arising out of transactions on Ayurvedawala shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat / Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
